About this course

This course will provide industry stakeholders (artists, producers, songwriters, and other stakeholders) with and overview of the innovative ways music stakeholders are currently using blockchain technologies. The course begins by introducing students to the basic terminology associated with blockchain, its role in the financial industry, and then segues into how it is being adopted into the music segment of the entertainment industry. Throughout the course, students will be introduced to a variety of ways in which artists, producers, songwriters, and other stakeholders use blockchain technologies today and how they can be used in the future. This course and the exercises are for both beginners and advanced users in any country!
